Bobby E’s Carwash( Formerly Cunningham carwash til 2020) has been a staple in Tempe for more that 50 yrs. As one of the original business still operating at Danelle Plaza generations of customers have grown up at the WASH.

Bobby E knows” Community Starts at the Carwash,” and since restoring it to its previous glory with a “Cool and NOT Cliche vibe,” so has the reemergence of Danelle Plaza started to emerge. Bobby E shines as a GEM of art and culture and brings in all generations and car enthusiast to a culture not found at ANY other carwash in the Valley .

Bobby E’s car wash is hands down the best self service car wash in the area. High quality products, and somehow even with AZ hard water it doesn’t leave crazy hard water spots like all the other self service washes in the area. Bobby (at least I believe that’s his name) is super kind and genuine when I go by late at night to wash my small collection of cars! Never has an issue or rushes me out of the bay like other car wash owners. Allows me to take my time to get a high quality wash! I have been, and will continue coming back to Bobby E’s for the rest of my time in AZ. 5 out of 5 stars!

If you are into washing your own car look no further. This place has the authentic Tempe vibe with grafitti artwork and a locally owned vibe. Great service is onsite ( atleast during day) and they have exactly what you need to get the job done. Cheap and fast :)

I went to Bobby E's on 5-27-24 to touchless wash my 2023 ZR2 Silverado. I asked Ken (the ops. manager) if he had the time to school me on how to best utilize the multi step pre-wash, soap, rinse, wax, rinse, ceramic seal, spot free rinse and blow dry system. ken is very knowledged on car wash systems and operations, as he should; he has 40 years in the buisness. ken was very patient in explaining how to perform each and every step to maximize the best possible result from there touchless wash system. I will be using this place for all my future washes. If your looking for a cheap wash, use only the basic pre-wash, soap and rinse. If you are looking for the best quality, touchless wash I have found; and quality not $$ are not your primary concern, than this is the right place for you.
